PAYMENTS

We offer secure online ordering through Shopify. Visa, Master Card, Discover, and even American Express are accepted. Alternatively, if you prefer, we are happy to accept orders over the phone. Give us a call at (415) 552-0112.

SALES TAX

We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to a California address.

DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at dig@gravelandgold.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier

PRE-ORDER

Shipping dates for “Pre-Order” items are estimates and are subject to change. If an order contains a pre-order item and other non pre-order items we will default to waiting until all the items are in stock before shipping the order. If a pre-ordered item is canceled on behalf of Gravel & Gold, the customer will be refunded in full. Product details such as exact fabric, hue, or other details are subject to minor adjustments from original photo/sample, within reason.
